El Toucan cafe-restaurant is an existing hospitality place located in Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre and has connect Melbourian community with Colombian traditional food and culture since 2018. 
This project makes a relocation based on the client, site and concept analysis of the existing and proposed place giving more opportunities to the business to grow and expand.     

Inspired by Colombian culture and Colonial architecture of antique Colombian residences the materiality board was carefully selected, some structural modifications were made inspired in traditional artifacts from Colombia like kitchenware, residential decoration, and clothing.     

The whole documentation set reflects a redesign from existing and demolition plans until proposed and furniture/lighting plans of the new chosen  site, located in Chapel St, Melbourne.
